"Welcome to our restaurant! We're proud to serve only the freshest food made with love and care. Our burgers are made with Premium American Cattle Beef, a blend of three prime cuts of beef ground fresh in-house daily and hand-molded into juicy patties.
Our fries are hand-cut Belgian style potatoes, fried to a golden crisp and dusted with Italian sea salt. And if you're in the mood for something a bit lighter, our zucchinis and onion rings are hand-cut, dipped in buttermilk and flour, and then breaded with a mixture of Japanese bread crumbs and Midwestern cracker meal.
All of our food is made with fresh, never frozen ingredients and, when in season, sourced from local farms in California. Our chefs are trained in traditional, from-scratch cooking techniques and are passionate about creating delicious meals for our guests.
